Results You Can Expect

Partnering with us, you can expect a tailored plan that strengthens leadership capacity, clarifies vision and goals, and aligns curriculum and assessment with equitable practices.

Our Approach

No two campuses are the same, and one size does not fit all. Rooted in decades of classroom teaching, school leadership, and research, our approach to coaching and consulting follows the Plan-Do-Study-Act Cycle (PDSA):

  1. Plan: Conduct root-cause analysis by collecting data from all stakeholders

  2. Do: Develop a plan to implement incremental and measurable steps to address identified root causes for challenges

  3. Study: Implement plans and analyze changes and improvements based on identified challenges, and collect real-time data from stakeholders

  4. Act: Using data-driven decision-making, implement relevant improvements, review effectiveness, revisit and revamp the Plan as needed for sustainability.

Over time, you will notice shifts in student behavior, staff retention, increased student achievement, and a sustainable culture of continuous improvement grounded in accessibility, equity, and inclusion.

  • The UDL for SEL is a proprietary research-based, data-driven guide I developed based on the findings of my study of content-specific educators and leaders during and after school closures due to the pandemic. The UDL for SEL provides practitioners with the tools to improve whole-student and whole-educator success by aligning the core competencies of social and emotional learning (SEL) and the three neural networks of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL). This workshop guides participants through implementing and assessing their progression from Beginner to Leader of UDL for SEL implementation. Purchase of The UDL for SEL is required and available on Amazon in paperback, hardcover, and for Kindle.

  • Providing meaningful learning experiences requires a balance between content instruction, student engagement, and relevant feedback for both educators and students. The CRAFT Protocol is a four-step research-based feedback framework designed to improve instructional planning, increase student engagement, and facilitate a state of mind where students and educators continuously assess themselves using the central question, 'How can WE improve?'

  • The relationship between school and home is crucial for student progress and development, yet many educators and parents find it difficult to navigate. Additionally, schools want and need connection with the community in order to shift the narrative presented by the media. This session provides insights into the history of school-home connections, outlines interfering factors, and empowers educators and leaders to facilitate and maintain positive relationships that contribute to student success in and beyond the classroom.
