  • Dr. DeShanna Reed

    FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

    EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT & NON-ATTORNEY ADVOCATE FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION

    Dr. Reed utilizes her lived experience as a sibling and parent to cultivate systemic improvement of inclusive education practices, disability advocacy, and workforce development for neurodivergent individuals and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across public education, adult day programs, employment services, organizations, and family support systems.

  • Danielle Terrell

    EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT & NON-ATTORNEY ADVOCATE FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION

    INTERNATIONAL DISABILITY ADVOCATE

    Danielle specializes in advocacy, inclusive education, and individualized support across schools, residential programs, in-home therapy, and community-based settings. Her expertise spans civic leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, global inclusion advocacy, elevating self-advocates and emerging professionals in the human services field.

    TRANSITION SPECIALIST

    Antoinette leverages her decades of expertise in PK-12 schools and higher education to improve educator efficacy and school leadership for special education. Her invaluable perspective as a parent advocate enhances her ability to provide meaningful support for multilingual families navigating special education and school engagement.
