Hi. I’m Dr. Reed.

I created this firm to provide educators, leaders, and families with services and tools to cultivate accessible, equitable, and inclusive educational ecosystems while strengthening the connection between school and public communities so that students thrive. As your consultant, my roles are to evaluate systems, equip changemakers, and empower communities. I do so by first getting to know you, your organization’s needs, and understanding your community. Then, we work together to craft a relevant and meaningful approach to improvement using meticulously researched, actionable strategies that address student behavioral health and academic achievement concurrently.
